A colder but quiet weekend followed by a rainy New Year's

A colder weekend is setting up across the Valley but at least it will end nicer than it began; Look for cloudy skies with perhaps a sprinkle or flurry Saturday and a high of 34; temps will fall through the day to a low of 28 overnight tonight after starting off more than 20 degrees below where we were Friday: Sunday will be nicer with mostly to partly cloudy skies and a high of 40. Rain arrives by midday New Year's Eve as highs reach 50 by late Monday night. A shower could linger...
