Pennsylvania woman who plead guilty to 2012 murder loses appeal

A northwestern Pennsylvania woman who pleaded guilty to a brutal 2012 murder of a Beaver Township woman, has lost an appeal. 25-year-old Ashley Barber appealed to the state superior court which agreed with the lower court that there is no merit to her claim of incompetence when she pleaded guilty.  Barber was sentenced to life in prison without parole in the love triangle killing of Brandy Stevens near Cochranton.
