Stuthers Police Department warns community of multiple car break-ins

The Struthers Police Department is warning citizens after multiple car break-ins took place Wednesday night. The department released the following statement: The 400-500 blocks of Elm, Maplewood, Spring, and W Como had a rash of car break-ins last night.  The perpetrators are entering garages and smashing out windows to vehicles.
