City Council Meetings/WRTA Board Meetings

What a difference between the meetings of the Youngstown City Council and the WRTA Board of Directors.  City Council meetings are mechanical, uninformative, don't welcome public participation, and are often very short.  The WRTA Board meetings, on the other hand, are relaxed, informative, and encourage public comment.  Youngstown City Council should take a lesson from the WRTA Board.
