Campbell police launch an internal investigation

Campbell Law Director, Brian Macala, tells 21 News that there is an internal investigation within the Campbell Police Department.  Macala says that an allegation has been made that evidence is missing from the Campbell evidence locker.  Lieutenant Kevin Sferra will oversee the internal investigation and if there is evidence to suggest wrongdoing then an outside agency will be contacted to further investigate.  If Sferra does not find any evidence ...
