Youngstown murder suspect freed after waiting nine years for trial

Prosecutors recommended a sentence of nine years for Paul Brown who plead guilty to a reduced charge of involuntary manslaughter for the 2009 death of 17-year-old Ashten Jackson.  40-year-old Brown has served 3,298 days while waiting for his trial to proceed, that equates to nine years.
