$500,000 bond set for Boardman woman charged with child endangering

A $500,000 bond was set for a Boardman woman charged with child endangering after an incident in October left her three-month-old son with a fractured skull.  34-year-old Tamakia Bellard was indicted on two felonious child endangering charges last week. Bellard's bond was set on Tuesday during her arraignment at the Mahoning County Courthouse.
