Remember Youngstown Bicycle License Plates

 I remember buying my last plate in 1974 I was told if my bike is stolen it will help recover the stolen bike, bike was stolen but never recovered.  Also I remember riding through square of Canfield and a officer gave me a warning in 1972 for not having a bike plate, thats when I purchased the plate for my bike
