Youngstown man allegedly hit another man with a chair

On Friday at 10:30 pm, Youngstown police were called to V2 Wine Bar Trattoria for a fight.  When police arrived they found a man on the floor with a head injury. Officers were told that another man, 51 -year-old Steven Jones, who was walking out of the bar was the one who allegedly hit the victim in the head with a chair.  According to the police report,  Jones grabbed the victim by the neck and then pushed the victim.
