Youngstown woman indicted for allegedly assaulting mentally disabled man

A Youngstown woman was indicted on Thursday after allegedly assaulting a resident at her workplace. 20-year-old Gloreece Potter, an employee of Gateways for Better Living, was arrested back in October. Police say that she punched a 33-year-old male resident in the eye who was giving her a hard time.  According to officials, the resident has developmental and psychiatric issues. Other employees of Gateways for Better Living told police that the resident was having an 'outburst...
