Plants Damaged

There always seems to be a few disturbed individuals wandering around downtown... A few weeks back I drove down W. Federal and saw a man standing in one of those concrete blocks they have in the construction area... just standing in the dark, in the block, staring absently... at 1am... I wanted to get my picture taken with him, but my wife thought that was a bad idea, lol.

Over the weekend a disturbed individual hacked the Cana plants in several of the flower pots on Central Square.  Streetscape volunteers had just planted the flowers in the pots on Saturday, June 7.
