City crews in Warren spent most of Monday repairing a large sink hole under Mahoning Avenue N.W. Officials say early detection prevented what could have been a very dangerous situation. `The three foot wide hole was first reported by motorists around 7:30 a.m. It was caused by a broken pipe under the roadway.
