Youngstown city councilman questions efforts of YPD amid string of homicides

There was some tension Thursday night at a Youngstown council safety committee meeting. 1st Ward Councilman Julius Oliver questioned the effort and goals of Youngstown Police Chief Robin Lees amid a recent string of homicides.
