FDA & CDC issue warning to consumers: Throw out your Romaine lettuce

Consumers are once again being advised to stay away from Romaine lettuce due to a multi-state outbreak of E. Coli.  The FDA, CDC, Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Canadian Food Inspection Agency are investigating the outbreak.  The FDA is conducting a traceback investigation to determine the source of the romaine lettuce eaten by people who became sick.  So far 32 people have been sickened by the suspected E. coli, 13 of those cases had to be hospitalized.&n...
