The outgoing Youngstown City Council voted today to rescind the 10+% pay increase recently granted to members of management in the city administration over the next three years.
The city's labor force had been looking at management's salary increase as a guide for their own future contract negotiations.  I guess their "me too" hopes are now out the window.
