In this photo, workers are using air hammers to remove the concrete sidewalk in front of the old Paramount Theater.

I'm for this plan. I think everyone wins in this situation and is something that needs to be done. That road is a mess and it needs a complete overhaul, therefore this was the right time to add parking and fix the medians.

Besides, I like the idea of having the 4 trees on the corners of the intersections along Federal. Something different and will complement the street nicely!

Work has begun on Federal Plaza West.  Portions of the medians are going to be removed.
