Neglected buildings

The photo of the falcon's nesting place on the Stambaugh Building is an example of a failure to repair an architectural feature of one of our historic buildings.  The missing ornamental panel at the top of the building should have been replaced years ago.

I recently visited the B&O Station in downtown Youngstown and also noticed several of the building's architectural features which are in need of immediate attention.
