At least we were able to save some of the rhododendrons. For those of you who hadn't heard, about 15 Youngstowners, including President of Council, John Swierz, and our City Forester, moved 7 rhododendron and 1 forsythia bush from Taft School to an empty lot catty-corner from Wilson High School at Gibson and Indianola. We did this in October and we are keeping our fingers crossed that they will survive.

We saved a little bit of our history and helped beautify another corner of the city. Most of the neighbors there are excited about the beautification of the area. Drive by sometime and see the results. Any comments or ideas please let us know here on this message board. Everybody's help is appreciated and is very IMPORTANT!!!!!!!
