House demolition

At the rate that they are tearing down houses here on the North Side, there are plenty of spaces for more pocket parks. On my block alone, there are three lots in a row that should be considered. They would need a lot of cleanup, but that should be no real problem, and one needs fill dirt to fill in the former foundation. I doubt if a garden could be started on these lots, but there are other ways to beautify the land for anyone willing to tackle the project.
