New Youngstown Pit Bull Legislation

Since the City of Youngstown has done little to enforce the existing laws on the books regarding dogs it is unlikely that they will have anyone to enforce the new law either.

The Mahoning County Dog Warden's Office claims that they will only enforce state pet regulations.

Which city office will administer and enforce Youngstown's new pit bull legislation?
