Forum has sold it's Boardman facility to Akron Childrens Hospital and will move their OB/GYN operation back to the North Side Hospital.

Akron will use the Boardman facility as a Childrens Hospital for the Mahoning Valley.

This is a developing story ... more to come as we get more details.
