The City's Economy

Unfortunately, the residents of Youngstown are not loyal to their own city.  Last year on this Forum we listed the many types of businesses which can no longer be found within the city limits.  Our 80,000+ citizens still buy goods and services but choose to patronize the commercial districts in the suburbs. 

Just think what would happen if our residents were loyal to the city businesses.  Every business would have an increase in sales.  Employees would be added to the payroll.  Businesses would expand.  The city's tax revenues would increase, and the city would be able to provide better services such as adding more police officers.
