The lower south side is a tough place to do business. I suggest that the 2010 team should analyze the appeal of Kenny K's mobile concession which parks at the former Pyatt Street Market on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Pyatt Street Market is completely closed as a retail produce sales location.  Customers continue to drive to the market to buy food from Kenny K's.  Maybe the Kenny K phenomenon could serve as a model for other inner city business ventures.

Kenny K's menu is posted below.  It's like eating at a festival without festival prices.
