That's a scary thought for many people we know.  It seems like everything is changing west.

There really aren't too many businesses left on the South Side anymore.  Soon it'll spread to the West Side.

South Avenue businesses are really taking a hit because of all the crime in the area.  I heard that a bar near Hilton will also be going up for sale.

Noticed a For Sale sign on the South Side Civics building today.
