South Avenue Mess

While traveling north on South Ave to the downtown post office at 5 pm today, South Ave was troubling at best.

Groups of youth in "white tee shirts" were everywhere.  While stopped at the traffic light in front of KFC, people in cars just went wherever and whenever they wanted to go.  They cut in front of cars illegally and wiggled in and out of two lanes of traffic.  It was chaotic. 

It's no wonder no one wants to go north of Midlothian.
