This was the "HOBY Service Learning Project." The event normally coincides with Streetscape, but was a week later, this year.  It was organized by Ryan McNicholas.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

I passed Wick Park this morning and noticed dozens of young people working on various projects including tree removal.

Who were these young people and who organized the event?
