Attending Local Performances

People do not always have to spend money to support the local performing arts venues.  Most theater groups are in need of volunteers to help during the shows.  If you volunteer to usher at the DeYor, you will see the shows for free.   If you help at the YSU Summer Festival for the Arts,  you will receive a season pass to the  performances of the College of Fine and Performing Arts.  There are also volunteer opportunities at the Oakland Center for the Arts and at the Victorian Players.   Those who volunteer at the performance venues help to maintain the cultural quality of life for the entire community.
