I would really like to see the financial statements. The CEO made the comment yesterday that .61 out of every dollar earned goes to salaries. Does this include upper management? Management is not telling the whole story at this point.

More and more it looks as if North Side Hospital will be closed which leaves me to ask this question.

The board of directors knew that the hospital was deeply in debt, and that this debt could not be sustained forever, yet instead of concentrating on bringing it out of the red, money that could have been spent on paying down that debt was spent on building new facilities in Boardman.

How many businesses that are as in debt as Forum is, throw money into building new multimillion dollar facilities?

We've heard that Forum is trying to sell the North Side Hospital, a sale that would include it's facilities in Boardman, but as yet have not found a buyer that is willing to take on it's debt. That should have told the board something, but apparently it didn't

Is the board so stupid that they are unfit to run the hospital, or is there some other reason that they are not telling the public? We do know that they will not come on the local talk shows to discuss the problems, and the newspaper coverage is of little help, and certainly no hard questions have been asked, or at least that would seem to be the case in reading the stories.

Even if the unspoken reason is to break the unions, force the employees to take major concessions, or both, why would the hospital risk everything by throwing multimillion's of dollars at new building projects at the expense of it's other debts?

At the rate things are developing, will Forum's creditors grow tired of waiting and force Forum to pay it's debts even if the hospital has to go into bankruptcy?

Even if Forum were to close it's Youngstown operation it would still have to pay the millions of dollars it owes it's creditors, and is it in any position to do that?

These are just some of the questions that need to be answered.
