Putting a Light on Crime

It takes guts to spotlight someone.  That's not exactly something I would think of doing.  There are a lot of idiots that will shoot just to be mean before leaving.

Great idea,and those ladies are also showing alot of "hutspa". Kudos to them.

A few women in the Silliman/Oakwood area of the west side are doing their part to expose crime and loiterers.  At night, they are using a one million candle power flashlight to illuminate anyone suspicious.  Their technique has proven very successful.  People in parked cars and loitering teens soon leave the area when this bright light is focused on them.
