This Escaped Killer is not in Youngstown...If he was some one would have turned him in for the reward....This is money hard times in Youngstown.

This ESCAPED KILLER Billboard has got to be the most disgusting image in Youngstown. 

With this type of Image looming large over the city...Do still wonder why they KILL?

The sad fact is that this ESCAPED KILLER may be in Youngstown because he has relatives here.  When this billboard went up it was featured on the news channels. 

Tell the family of who he killed how disgusting the billboard is.

If this may help to apprehend him, so be it.

This ESCAPED KILLER Billboard has got to be the most disgusting image in Youngstown. 

This horrendous billboard appears to be coming out of the sky when you are arriving into Youngtown on the I-680.  This billboard is dramatic, insulting and ugly...Now that's Environmental Pollution!
