Denying School Lunches

This article that ran in Sunday's New York Times leads me to ask what the policy is in the Youngstown City Schools when students are denied lunch because of a debt (Before commenting, read the article so that you will know what we are talking about.)


The purpose in some systems is to shame the students in front of the other students.
