Council Primary Election

The news today is that Ann Gillam, the wife of Councilman Gillam, has filed papers at the Board of Elections to run for the first ward council seat in the primary election.

South side residents feel that John R. Swierz will run again for the seventh ward council seat.  He was the seventh ward councilman about four years ago.

I heard that Tim Ruffalo might be running for Councilman Atkins seat (which is up
for grabs next election, due to the term limits).  Tim was the former proprietor
of the Printz Mansion Bed & Breakfast at Fifth Avenue and Tod Lane.

This is an "unconfirmed" rumor, however...
