Problems With The Youngstown School Board

Brenda kimble, mike murphy, shad and Williams are the ones that need to step down from this board because they are lapdogs for Brenda kimble's agenda.

The Youngstown School Board was in the news again today.  Evidently some school board members are calling for the removal of other school board members.

As I understand it, there is no provision in state statutes for citizens to recall a school board member.  Is this true?
