Today, a presentation was made about the new west side branch library which will be built next year.  The power point projector would not show the graphics that were on the computer.  A few library staff members tried to solve the problem without success.  Youngstown Councilman Mike Ray stepped forward, looked at the computer screen, and then advised the staff how to solve the problem.  It worked.

It's nice to have a tech-savvy councilman.
