The Pink House on Oakwood

It's just a few blocks from my house and I drive by it frequently.  It really is very...um...vivid.  I don't think that there is anything in the codes preventing the house from being painted this color.  After all, there is a turquoise and purple house on the corner of Connecticut and Belle Vista and, if I recall correctly, there are a number of vibrantly painted homes on the North Side as well.
I saw the news coverage on this house and the owner seemed very reasonable and even apologetic for the stir the color has created.  She also didn't seem like the independently wealthy type who can afford to repaint her home on the whim of her neighbors.

Has anyone seen the pink house on Oakwood?

It made me wonder if the color of a house was covered in the Youngstown housing codes.
