Water Department Customer Service Parking Lot Fees

Sunday and Saturday - FREE All Day

Monday through Friday
12 a.m.- 6 a.m.   $1 per hour
6 a.m. - 6 p.m.  $2 per hour,  Water Department Customers FREE
6 p.m. - 12 a.m.  $1 per hour

The Youngstown Water Department just mailed a flier that explains how to find and use the Water Department Customer Service Parking Lot.   The flier also contains a diagram showing the hours of operation and what parking fees are charged to people not visiting the water department on official business.
