I'm in favor of a curfew for minors... and for fining the parents if their kids were to be repeat
violators of such a curfew.

There was a time in the city ofr Youngstown when it not only had a curfew for minors but that it had a sirene that actually blew at 9:30 PM and if any minor was found on city streets alone or with other children, the parients were in deep trouble with John Law.
