Homes For Sale Near Schools

It doesn't seem to just be around the schools in the area.  There are many other houses for sale north of Mahoning.  The current reports we've seen indicate the start of valuation drop on the west.  I think a lot of people are just looking to get out while they think the time is right.  I did notice many of them are for sale by owner also.

Earlier in the year I noticed that many homes were for sale near the new West Elementary School.  This week I noticed that many homes are now for sale near Chaney.  Are these neighborhoods having proplems with the students who attend those schools?  Maybe the traffic congestion is a problem.  What is the reason why so many people are moving?
