The Republicans still control the state legislature, BUT by a slimmer margin, and with a Democratic Governor with veto power they won't be able to throw their weight around as in the past. And with the Governor having represented a portion of the valley, our Representative will have a better chance to bring home some bacon. BUT WILL HE?

DEEDS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORS ... LESS TALKING AND MORE ACTION IS WHAT WE WANT.

This valley has been handed an opportunity that it hasn't had in my lifetime - Two Congressmen -- IN THE MAJORITY I MIGHT ADD -- and  the Governor -- the question is - - - WILL THEY KEEP THEIR WORD?

With this clout at our disposal now more than ever, we must watch everything they do because words alone won't cut ice - not even half melted ice.

BELIEVE BUT VERIFY! We all know from past experience that politicians will promess us the sun, moon and stars as far as the eye can see but have failed to deliver because of our failure to hold their feet to the fire.

It's all up to you now. You and you alone can keep them honest by letting them know that you are watching every move that they make, and will hold them responsable when they come up for re-election.
