I've seen that video before. After the Mahoning Ave better block event, I'm going to be on Nate Pinkard like white on rice, to bring this to Belmont Ave.

Mahoning Avenue will come alive with pop-up businesses, outdoor cafes, art galleries, performances, exhibitions, bike lanes, street trees, and/or sidewalk furniture to demonstrate what the street could be, with the goal of catalyzing more permanent improvements in the future that will support and promote local artists and businesses.
