I was told that 30 years ago that the city of Youngstown receive money from the feds of 30 million dollars to bring up to code of the sewage pipes in Youngstown in which that included Mill Creek Park. Whatever happened to that money for the updates?

Way back when, Volney Rogers fought the installation of sewer lines in the park.  He lost that battle.

Based on everything we now know about the problem at Lake Newport, should the City be required to pay for the cleanup?
