Graffiti on Mahoning Ave

We are going to tell the Councilwoman and we are also going to notify the police. I would just like to know if it means anything.

A few days ago there was a photo in the newspaper showing students painting over graffiti.  I wonder if the same students could be contacted to paint this west side building.  Does Councilwoman  Righetti know about this latest act of vandalism?

I took this picture tonight of graffiti on the back of Albella's which recently closed. It is located on the corner of Mahoning Ave. & N. Glenellen Ave. Not exactly sure what it means.
