Stupid broad! how did she make it out of the 4th grade? We learned that stuff in the 4th grade.

one of the dept heads told the council they recd a grt, one hundred precent coverage of a sidewalk program with no city matching funds. ag did not know what one hundred precent meant until the dept head brought out his third grade math book from his elementary yrs to show her what one hundred precent means with color coded graphs.
