While I have no official documentation,  if you look at the map that you posted above, the hospital is within the purple boundary lines of Youngstown.

Here are ABSOLUTE proofs that the boundaries of Youngstown in spots DO extend beyond Gypsy Lane and I will broach NO contradictions since this comes from OFFICIAL sources.

The only remaining question I have is this: Is the North Side Hospital within those official borders as defined by the MAP? A detailed response with supporting documentation is the only acceptable response.
