What happened to the plaque that was on "The Rock" I don't see it in the photo?

KSU has one of these too.  We would joke that the rock is twice the size it originally was because of all the layers of paint.

"The Rock" at YSU is one place in the city where painting on public property is allowed.  This same rock has been painted over and over again for years.
