With Your Water Bill

Hey Jay ... use a little common sense ... the City is not the only community getting Youngstown water, don't you think they are just as proud of their community as you are and want someone from their community mowing their lawn. If only 1/3 of the list are out of towners, that means that 2/3 are city people so since you can choose who will cut your grass, nothing is preventing you from choosing a city person.

A list of grass cutting contractors is also included.

Unfortunately, 1/3 of the contractors listed are from the suburbs.
