Open Container Booze

If there are enough people opposed to this, perhaps a referendum vote could be called
as far as passing an ordinance against open container areas outdoors.

It is my understanding it is up to individual cities to create these open container districts.  The city also has the option not to create any open container areas.

If you don't want one in Youngstown talk to the Mayor and your councilman(or woman) and let them know.

It looks like the pro-booze crowd will soon be able to stumble down Federal Street drunk as skunks sipping on their plastic glasses of whiskey and beer. I just hope that YPD monitors these people so that they don't drive off and kill someone because of their booze fogged brains don't allow them to see where they are going. I'd love to see these DRUNKS hauled off to the slammer before they kill someone.
