Blue Ribbon Rentals has purchased a vacant commercial building on Upper Market Street and has fixed the place up considerably, What was once a boarded up three store vacant building will very soon be a new commercial building paying taxes! The new renovated building looks bright and inviting. Anyone know what use to be at that location? It's two buildings North of the old Masters Tuxedo place. Maybe Sherman Williams?
