Youngstown City Schools Closed AGAIN

where is the parents outrage on this issue?

I noticed that the Youngstown City Schools are closed again because of the cold weather.  Most neighboring suburban schools are open but with a two hour delay.  You would think that our failing city school system would want to take every opportunity to spend time teaching our children but the system does just the opposite.
