Last guess for me.  Mahoning Plaza--old Mahoning Bank, then Democratic headquarters, now empty.  But I

don't remember the green floors and thought the lobby was wider.

Looks like the old bank I used to go into on Canfield Road, next to the post office.
It's now something with initials beginning with Y.  I haven't been in there since
they remodeled and can't tell you what the rest of the letters are or what they stand for.
